Join Marie for The Evening Recharge, a restorative two-hour experience designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reset.

We will begin with a gentle breathwork practice and a slow, fluid yoga flow to invite mobility into the body. From there, you’ll settle into a sequence of nourishing yin postures that encourage deeper opening and relaxation.

The evening concludes with a soothing Yoga Nidra, guiding you into profound rest as you melt into your final savasana.

Yin Yoga & Sound Healing with Marie & Joanna

Join Marie & Joanna for a deeply restorative evening blending yin yoga with soothing sound healing. Marie will guide you through slow, long-held postures that soften tension and open the body.

Then, Joanna will lead you into stillness with a calming sound bath, using crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and other resonant instruments to invite deep relaxation and inner balance.

This nourishing two-part experience offers a peaceful space to slow down, recharge, and reconnect with yourself.
