Join us for a special morning of red light therapy, movement, & mindfulness in celebration of the Spring Equinox.
We will begin with a 5- minute Yinyasa Flow, equal parts Vinyasa and Yin Yoga to honor the Spring Equinox’s return of light, followed by a custom 22 minute red. experience.
After practice, enjoy red.’s signature matcha latte or kombucha on tap from the Health Bar, brunch bites by Nors Bakery, and the uplifting energy of a like-hearted community
